Christina M. Costa is based in New York, New York and focuses her practice on representing high net worth individuals with regard to estate planning matters, including the development and implementation of estate plans and estate, gift and income tax planning. She has experience drafting a wide variety of estate planning documents, including Wills, Revocable Trusts, GRATs, SLATs, insurance trusts, and disability planning documents. Christina also has experience with the formation of private trust companies, limited liability companies and charitable organizations, estate and trust administration matters, and trust decantings.
Prior to joining Accelerant Law, Christina practiced in the Corporate Department at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, New York and the Trusts & Estates Department at Seward & Kissel LLP in New York, New York.
